I've just been browsing the contents of the JSC after having received notification from SAGE that a number of their journals are freely available online this month (JSC isnt one of them but 'Science Communication' is). Anyway, within the JSC site, I've seen something I've not seen before - english versions and original versions of articles. They have quite a range of languages in play here. What a great idea.
